We provide you with set-up assistance, consultancy and recipes for the menu of dishes you wish to have at your very own shop. Under our F&B management, we have:-

  • Set-Up Consultancy

  • F&B Commercial Courses

  • F&B Home Courses

Our Set-Up Consultancy and F&B Commercial Courses are set mainly for those interested to carve a niche in the F&B business, and are looking for a chance to start their own stall or chain of shops. Our consultant, Jessie, has been in this line for many years and has aliased with identities such as Kopitiam in Singapore to bring new stalls and menu to them.

 

For those purely interested in cooking as a hobby, we also have home courses that are planned for housewives and beloved mothers to learn how to cook up more new dishes for their families, in a matter of hours!

 

We are pleased to offer the following services:

  1. Advise on proper F&B operational procedures. (e.g. licensing requirements)

  2. Recommend reliable property agents to source for ideal locations / sites for new F&B business setup.

  3. Advise on renovation and design of main kitchen setup.

  4. Provide a comprehensive menu to cater your F&B theme / concept.

  5. Experienced / qualified chefs will provide hands-on training for you on the preparation and cooking of the selected menu items (Western, Chinese, Hong Kong, Asian Delights, Desserts or Pastries / Bakery)

  6. Provide an extensive list of reliable suppliers for equipment and food items.

  7. Arrange for commercial photo-shooting sessions for F&B outlets.
